TPN 2007 – PRESS RELEASE

TPN - The Recruitment Specialists in the Credit Card, Payments and Consumer Finance sectors are pleased to announce some significant changes in the Management Team, effective from April 1st, 2007.

As a result of their new career commitments, both David McCullough and Rick Wallis have resigned as Directors but will remain minority shareholders in the company, in order to pursue their new responsibilities. Both David and Rick have made a major contribution to the growth and development of TPN as founder Directors and we wish them well in their new careers. Rick has been instrumental in providing our back office infrastructure and robust technology platform - we are delighted that he has agreed to provide some key support in this area for the coming months and will retain an interest in the business, as a minority shareholder.

Noel Preston, BD Director will now become the majority shareholder and will combine the role of Acting MD with his BD Director responsibilities, until further management changes are announced. We are now delighted to also announce the appointment of Kevin Coles as an Associate Director, effective from June 1st 2007. Kevin is very highly regarded in the credit card/payments sector and brings tremendous industry experience and knowledge to TPN - in addition to his vast network of client and senior candidate connections. We expect to make a further announcement in regard to board/management appointments in the coming weeks.

Kevin has held several senior roles in the credit card sector including Head of New Propositions at B’card and is now working in the sector on a consultancy basis. Kevin is also a retained consultant /advisor for a number of emerging online payment / transaction processing businesses in UK, Europe and USA. He is also a regular speaker at industry events such as Visa / MasterCard conferences and at Emerging Payment Technology type events.
