Marketing Manager - Digital

Helping acquirers, processors, PSPs, ISOs, ISVs, and systems integrators bring innovative solutions to market that scale across all industries, use cases, and geographies.
The Role
We are looking to appoint a Digital Marketing Manager to Development and Implement a robust B2B client acquisition, we believe the day to day will incorporate the following types of challenges as well as offer you the opportunity of full autonomy outside of this:
Trade Marketing Activities – Work closely with existing partners to build new incentives and encourage further revenues and closer partnerships.
Direct Marketing – Management of a historical CRM and full campaign management including the use of Hubspot
Drive a compelling PR and Marketing Communications strategy across the Payments and Fintech market
Drive campaigns from planning to execution and beyond to meet key performance metrics.
Help define the strategic vision and roadmap for digital marketing.
Bring together and assess detailed market data, insight, and research to ensure our marketing is hitting the right areas as well as highlighting shifts in the market both organic and client activity.
Review our current Digital offering including our own website, mobile, its design, client acquisition / Conversion activity.
Manage projects which enhance the company’s technical and creative capability in customer driven communications.
Work with product teams to ensure content is optimised and compelling.
Provide analysis and monitoring of digital activity to ensure optimal usage of the channels, set performance targets for online and digital effectiveness.
Implement Social Media Campaigns to encourage further product awareness in the market.

Ensure all Digital Marketing, Traditional Marketing is aligned to optimise the customer journey and sales conversion process. 
A good Technical or Marketing Degree
Self-starter and able to manage the function with minimal oversight
Experience of setting marketing and digital strategies
An understanding of the B2B technical market, ideally you will have experience in the payments or fintech space.
A commercial mind to ensure we are always ahead of the curve
Experience of growing client and customer portfolio’s through marketing
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to craft actionable insights from complex data.
Have a strong track record of executing high-performing digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Experience of managing budgets to their full capacity.
Excellent Microsoft Office Skills, especially Powerpoint
At home setting up  using CRM tools eg Hubspot/Salesforece .
