Noel Preston
One of the three Founder Directors of TPN in 2001. Noel has held Senior Sales & Marketing positions- for more than 25 years within the Retail Financial Services sector.
After early career working in IT, within the banking sector followed by a career change (leap) into Sales & Marketing. Noel has worked for companies like : AIB, FEXCO, GE Capital and latterly in the E-Commerce space with both GE and nCipher Corp. He has led the Business Development effort and managed relationships with many major global brands, including Tesco, Boots, BHS, M&S, JLP, Wal Mart, HSBC, LTSB, Barclays, RBS and Vocalink . During this time, Noel has developed a significant network of contacts in the card/payment/consumer finance space – many of whom were later to become clients and candidates of TPN.

Kevin Coles
Kevin Coles works as a consultant and executive in the credit card/payments industry. Taking responsibility for strategy, proposition development and marketing - including brand, products and business development Kevin has been involved in the credit card industry for over 35 years.
Experienced in working internationally including environments as diverse as USA, Caribbean, Africa and Australia – Kevin is the former Head of Future Proposition Development for Barclaycard Business.
Kevin has also worked on a consultancy basis for Visa and a number of industry entities acting mainly as a Business Advisor on specialised deals, strategy and proposition development. He continues to work closely with payment groups & schemes (including Visa and MasterCard) – on payment solutions, alternative card and emerging payment methods.
Kevin recently became one of the Directors of TPN Ltd, the Recruitment Specialists in the Credit Card, Payments and Consumer Finance sectors. |

Tracey Buley
Tracey has just over 15 years of experience within the recruitment business, providing support to both consultants and directors.
She has worked predominately in small to medium companies, therefore, her skills vary from administration, finance , reception, HR, search, induction and payroll to PA. Tracey ensures the smooth running of internal processes, allowing our consultants to utilise their time efficiently to the benefit of our clients and candidates.
She also provides a professional and friendly point of contact and maintains regular updates and contact with candidates / clients alike. |

Nicholas Shirtcliffe
Nick has a career spanning seven years in Sales and Recruitment across IT & Technology, after successful completion of his BA Criminology Degree. Following his studies Nick spent a year travelling and working across Australia and South-East Asia before returning and starting work within an outsourced IT sales consultancy.
Nick then began his career within recruitment, particularly focusing on the IT & Technology sectors where he worked across a number of industries including Finance, Consultancy and Insurance with brands including SwissRe, ICAP, Glencore, Serco, TCS. He is equally experienced and comfortable across Permanent, Contract and Interim recruitment.
Nick brings a wealth of industry experience and will also be developing and heading up our interim business. In addition, he will also shape & lead our offer in the exciting emerging payments technology arena, where we are seeing exponential growth in roles for quality experienced people. |

Kash Mawdia
Kash has previously worked within Marketing , Events and Retail - where his natural sales & marketing ability (plus his people skills), first came to the attention of TPN.
He now leads TPN's research function for new sales & marketing talent .His aspirations are to make a difference, to be able to use his people skills and knowledge to make an impact. Kash is a determined, tenacious individual with a can do attitude and hunger for success. He is already making an impact in the recruitment world and is keen to develop and progress within TPN. |
