Noel Preston (BD Director and Acting MD)
From 1995 to 2001, Noel worked in Business Development at Ge Capital / Ge Money. He helped to set up TPN in 2001 and in 2007 became MD and majority shareholder.
Noel began his earlier career in IT Operations with AIB Group, having studied Systems Analysis at Trinity College Dublin – later he worked for companies like : FEXCO(HBOS), GE Capital and nCipher Corp - developing & managing account relationships with major brands including : Tesco, Boots, BHS, M&S, JLP, Wal Mart, HSBC, LTSB, Barclays, ABN Amro, RBS, BACS and SWIFT.
During this time, he has developed a significant network of contacts in the card/payment/consumer finance space – many of whom were later to become clients and candidates of TPN.

Kevin Coles (Associate Director)
Kevin Coles works as a consultant and interim executive in the credit card / payments industry. He normally takes responsibility for strategy, proposition development and marketing - including brand, products and business development and has been involved in the credit card industry for over 35 years.
Having predominantly worked on emerging innovations in the card industry, his previous roles have included card issuing and acquiring projects, UK and International assignments – including environments as diverse as USA, Caribbean, Africa and Australia – he is also a former Head of Future Proposition Development for Barclaycard Business.
Today, in addition to his involvement with TPN, Kevin works on a consultancy basis with a leading card payment brand. He continues to be a leading innovator in the card/payments space while also advising a number of companies devising new payment products and services.
Kevin has also worked on a consultancy basis for Visa and a number of industry entities acting mainly as a Business Advisor on specialised deals, strategy and proposition development. He continues to work closely with payment groups & schemes (incl Visa and MasterCard) – on payment solutions, alternative card and emerging payment methods.
Kevin has recently become an Associate Director of TPN Ltd, the Recruitment Specialists in the Credit Card, Payments and Consumer Finance sectors.

Susanne Crosland has worked in TPN as both a recruiter & researcher since the early years of the business. After a career in the busy world of a major London based recruitment business, she thankfully has returned to us and is helping us to drive our Admin & Resourcing Process – as well as acting in the role of key contact and “anchor woman” in the office.
Susanne ensures that contracts, interviews, CV’s, invoices and banking/accounting - all happen as they should. On top of all that she is already well known to many of our clients, associates and candidates as the first point of contact and friendly voice at TPN.
