Performance Management

  • We operate a structured Project Review process that assesses performance, risk and financial control throughout the project life cycle.
  • The Review process also provides the ability to align the project plans with benefits realisation
  • If there are problems, we intervene, offering additional effort (without charge) to coach, mentor and help our Consultants deliver. This contrasts favourably with the situation prevailing for 'normal' contract project managers, where frequently the only option in case of problems is to decline to offer a renewal to the project manager in mid-project.
  • But, we never present our clients with problems - we deal in issues and in options that can be used to resolve them. Being pro-active and able to offer solutions is the most effective way of meeting our delivery commitments.
