We operate a well-honed – and fast-paced – Resourcing Process, using
requirement profiles, CV screening, role-based interviews and psychometric
testing to precisely match clients’ technical and cultural specifications.
Requirements are quickly qualified against a 14-point TPN Requirements Profile. These are subsequently matched against details that we hold of Associates’ strengths and experience and where necessary, psychometric profile.
Good project management skills are our primary consideration, but our talent pool is further segmented into Silos of Expertise, based on Associates’ experience and prior knowledge.
Where candidates are sought from the wider market, role-based interviews are used to determine suitability and cultural fit, along with obtaining references from previous assignments.
Throughout the project, our Associates are involved in regular reviews with TPN’s Project Director to ensure that performance is at the highest standard. If necessary, TPN will provide short-term PMs to cover for absence or sickness on high-profile projects.
We respond quickly and accurately to provide well-priced, highly-targeted candidates for each assignment.
