Adrian Scott

Adrian, holds 34 Years of Financial Services and Banking experience, covering start ups, through established corporations. Before joining the Executive Management Board of Axactor and Nagelmackers, Adrian spent 10 years as Managing Director at Deutsche Bank where he was responsible for their Global Collections, NPL debt sale and recoveries business. Before this, he had tenures with several large financial institutions including Barclaycard and Citibank. At Barclaycard he was a member of the U.K. Credit Cards Exco, whilst at Citibank he was responsible for multiple sales verticals. More recently, Adrian’s path developed into specialist recruitment where he utilizes his network and experience to find suitable candidates across several specialist areas.
