About The Role
Responsible for actively managing the relationship with a number of our clients direct top tier Customers, to promote and secure use of our products and services across their business. Building deep relationships with your client to identify opportunities to introduce existing company products and services and develop new innovative solutions which will improve the payments experience for their customers and deliver growth.
Responsibilities
Focus on all aspects of relationship management across our current and future acquiring and payment processing portfolio
Deliver against targets by managing existing and new relationships.
Supporting Sales Managers in being a point of contact for boarding queries
Build and drive revenue form new products and future growth
Manage responses to RFP’s, RFQ’s and RFI’s from inception to close
Assist with maintaining a robust sales pipeline by utilising our CRM tools.
Maximising customer potential through understanding their business and analysing their commercial strategies
Attend and represent the company at business events and exhibitions
Keep apprised of changing market conditions, competitive landscape and new technologies
Working to Cashflows principles and guidelines; Develop and present professional sales presentations and proposals relevant to each opportunity
Maintain CRM records and assist in finalising contracts to achieve sales quotas and revenue goals.
Manage the post sales customer experience, actively introducing customer services and relationship management.
Proactively feed market and customer data into the product team, channel customer feedback into the business.
About You
You will have significant experience building successful relationships in a reputable payments
company; track record of exceeding ambitious revenue goals in previous account leadership positions.
Detailed knowledge of the Payments
Eco system, specifically Acquiring.
Proven record of influencing decision making within large organisations with multiple contacts and multiple operating companies.
Demonstrable track record of driving successful commercial outcomes through mentoring and coaching account managers.
You have proven experience in client and account management, managing a range of customer types from C-suite clients to small business owners.
Demonstrates drive and determination to achieve objectives, overcoming obstacles to deliver results.
Professional with gravitas.
