As the new Commercial Director you will play an important role where you will be responsible for the companies commercial activities, including portfolio management, partner relationships and generating the income for the business to deliver against the corporate plan and objectives.
As a member of the leadership team, you will lead, motivate and inspire a team of c.12 FTE within the commercial function to deliver against their objectives.
In this strategic role, you will develop and monitor key business KPIs (such as Originations, EIR, ROA, ROE measures) as well as sales strategies to deliver against the corporate plan and objectives.
In addition, you will manage the portfolio of over 2,000 retail partners and drive new business growth through new partnerships, developing pricing strategies to deliver against income targets. 098
This role is offered on a home-based contract, with business travel as required (considering the nature of the role), in addition to travel to our clients London and Basingstoke offices occasionally.
Experience managing high performing commercial teams creating the right environment for them to deliver against business KPIs
Proven ability to deliver against income targets
Understanding of P+L commercial drivers
Experience working in a regulated consumer credit lending space
Confident and well-versed in managing external partner relationships at a senior level.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills (both internally and externally) with a natural ability to engage and influence at different levels, with effective presentation and communication skills to enable you to thrive in this environment.
