Responsibilities
Prospect new potential ecommerce clients in a defined UK territory through outbound calling, social networking and research
Win new mid-market to enterprise customers pre-dominantly in sectors most likely to need ecommerce solutions
Selling online/ecommerce payment solutions
Talk to customers about all their payment needs (including card present solutions).
Deliver the three things buyers value most: speed, transparency, and expertise
Maintain accurate records and report status of each appointment, pipeline and daily activity in their CRM
Process your own clean applications by entering them directly into their Dynamic Applications tool
Ability to exceed minimum sales thresholds and meet sales performance targets based on One Time Net Income and Recurring Net Income
About the Desired Candidate
Must have a deep understanding of card acquiring ecommerce payment solutions for mid-size to enterprise businesses
Knowledge of acquiring schemes, their drivers, industry dynamics, interchange and future product service deliverables would be advantageous
Knowledge of relevant third-party suppliers (e.g. eCommerce platform providers, online sales technology providers, etc) and partners.
An exceptional sales and profit performance record in signing ecommerce merchants
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
Strong social media presence
Proven background in prospecting merchants remotely (phone and email)
Proven background in signing and setting up live merchants remotely (phone and email)
Excellent communicator - professional, polite and confident on the phone
Self-motivated and driven to exceed targets
Education to degree level
You are creative and curious in nature - you love to test new ideas
