About the Opportunity

The role of Demand Generation Marketing Lead is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned B2B marketing professional to play a key role in formulating our clients next-level, demand generation strategy.

This role is the perfect opportunity for an experienced, innovative, and results-orientated marketer with a growth mindset, who doesn’t believe the answer to demand generation lies in the perpetual delivery of business-as-usual campaigns. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the intersection of marketing and technology, and is able to leverage all the disciplines of data, technology, creative, content, media, and brand to drive exponential growth within our clients enterprise audience.

You will need to be strategic but equally at home relying on your own capabilities to build out and deliver campaigns.

Responsibilities

·         Own and develop engagement, nurture, and conversion strategies for our clients enterprise-audience base, leveraging first and third-party data including intent to engage and drive prospects through the funnel.

·         Develop one-to-few and one-to-one account-based marketing campaigns within our clients named account list that will support the land-and-expand strategy.

·         Manage and optimise all paid-marketing channels.

·         Use structured testing to identify new channels and technology that will deliver new opportunities for growth.

·         Develop the martech stack to enable scale, and drive campaign and spend performance.

·         Deliver regular performance reporting, including web analysis and KPIs, to inform new demand generation strategies and optimise to drive continuous improvement.

·         Track demand ROI and influence the allocation of marketing spend based on prior performance.

About you

·         You have a track record of delivering integrated, outcome-focused demand generation across channels, preferably across long, complex customer journeys in B2B environments and to enterprise audiences.

·         The ideal candidate will have a strong growth mindset with the ability to manage a structured test strategy that spans data, tech, creative, and channel.

·         A strong media performance ability across digital channels (LinkedIn, PPC, content syndication, etc.), alongside the ability to align content assets with campaign strategy.

·         Passionate about technology and data, and actively seeks out innovative ways to engage, nurture, and convert an enterprise audience.

·         A deep understanding of all demand generation performance metrics (engaged prospects, MQLs, SQLs, CPLs, conversion rates, ROI, etc.).

·         You’re a sharp thinker and excellent communicator, able to identify opportunities and seize the day to make them happen under your own steam.

·         Applied experience in the use of Martech (marketing automation) and CRM (Salesforce/Pardot ideally) technologies.

·         A team player who loves to collaborate with cross-functional teams, specifically working with Business Development and Customer Success teams, as well as with team members in other marketing disciplines.

·         Strong numerical and analytical skills to measure activity, report campaign specifics, and drive performance.

·         Needs to be comfortable aligning content assets with campaign strategy.
