Our client is a leading global payment service provider whose solutions include online in-app and in-store payments with features, including global acquiring, alternative payment methods, fraud and risk management, card issuing, an in-house eWallet solution and performance optimisation.

About the Opportunity

This is a brand-new role that reports directly to the VP Marketing, you will be tasked with developing and scaling the company’s existing digital presence, while supercharging their social channels growth through both paid and organic content. The role will operate on a hybrid model with two days a week spent in the London office.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, create and monitor the company’s presence on social media (LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook), and other digital marketing channels, ensuring deadlines are met and work is of the highest quality.

  • Writing and scheduling of organic and paid social content with regular check-ins for quality control.

  • Create and optimise automated workflows using the companies CRM system.

  • Manage inbound leads and keep track of digital marketing and lead generation campaign performance

  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends and brand awareness opportunities across the Groups brands.

  • Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimisation etc.)

  • Assisting with landing page creation.

  • Work closely with the in-house design team to create commercially strong media assets for social media, landing pages, email distributions, supporting blog content and more.

  • Develop and execute AB testing across channels of specific tactics and activities to grow awareness and lead generation functionalities.

  • Help measure performance of social media and digital marketing efforts using a variety of tools to continually enhance the company’s growth.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders within the Marketing team and the wider organisation to fine-tune campaign objectives, messaging and assets.

  • Support the wider development of efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.

 About You

  •  Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital marketing and social media, ideally within the tech industry

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Degree in BA/BS (or higher); digital marketing, business or similar preferred.

  • Experience and confidence in implementing and optimising social media and digital campaigns in a corporate environment using LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook and Twitter.

  • Driven by data insights from reporting to improve performance (platform insights across Ad and Campaign Managers, HubSpot and Google Analytics).

  • Great teamwork skills with ability to work in cross-functional teams.

  • Experience using HubSpot highly desirable (or similar tools such as Marketo, EngageBay, Active Campaign and Hootsuite)
