About The Company

Our client are a European Neobank with 23 branches across the world. They pride themselves on providing SME’s the opportunity to take card payments through the use of apps and POS terminals. They are currently experiencing a period of scale up and due to their continued success are looking to expand their business development team with the hire of new Field Sales Business Development Executives.

About the Opportunity

Our client are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to join them and help expand their business market share in the UK. This role will be covering Town/Region based on the candidates location. This will predominantly involve the midlands.

This is a step up role into a Business Development Executive position with the support of the UK Sales Manager. You will be the face of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

 

Responsibilities

  • Self-generate and drive sales in key areas of the country

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.

  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.

  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.

  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

  • Provide trustworthy feedback and some after-sales support.

  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

  • Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.

 About You

  • 2 years proven working experience in a business to business, new business sales role

  • Proven sales track record of KPI achievement.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

  • Excellent knowledge of the English language.

  • Communication and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent ability to build rapport.

  • Time management and organisational skills.

  • Experience in customer support will be considered a plus.
