About the Opportunity
As a Field Sales Executive, you will be tasked with selling two of the company’s new flagship products. These products are transforming the market and merchants are already experiencing 23% uplift in sales due to the simplicity of the payment processing services. Due to the scope of the products, you will be able to sell into multiple sales verticals, and utilise previous networks you have generated. You will be the face of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with SME customers.
Responsibilities
· Have end-to-end responsibility for the sales cycle, from identifying businesses to approach (lead sourcing) through to the completion of a sale where the customer is processing payments using the company’s payment solutions.
· Self-generate and drive new business sales.
· Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
· Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
· Arrange F2F business meetings with prospective clients.
· Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
· Promote the company’s innovative payment technologies like Tap-on-Phone and Smart Checkout (eCommerce)
· Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
· Provide trustworthy feedback and some after-sales support.
· Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
About You
· 2 years proven work experience in a business to business, new business sales role. (Any vertical)
· An inquisitive, solution led mindset with the ability to identify pain points and achieve customers goals
· Proven track record of sales target and activity achievement.
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
· Excellent knowledge of the English language.
· Communication and negotiation skills.
· Excellent ability to build rapport.
· Time management and organisational skills.
