TPN Recruitment solutions has partnered with a Global Payments Processes who with sellers to accelerate the growth of their cross border payments.

Due to continued global expansion they are looking to hire a Head of Marketing to target retailers selling on global marketplaces. You will head up their B2B marketing focussing on attracting and retaining SME’s and retailers throughout the UK, Europe, Asia and the Americas.

This is a high visibility role in which it will be crucial to build trust and partnership with other marketers in addition to colleagues in Product, Sales, and Business Development / Partnerships.

As the new Head of Marketing you will lead on demand generation and marketing campaigns to attract top tier retailers to the business's core payments capabilities .

In this role you will be expected to:

·         Lead development of product line value proposition and positioning for core audiences; build frameworks and foundational content to drive alignment across go-to-market teams

·         Define and influence the product roadmap in close partnership with product, leveraging market, customer, and competitive insights

·         Develop playbooks and templates to operationalize key product marketing functions

·         Lead new product and feature launches, serving as the glue between product, marketing, sales, and customers

·         Refine the companies presence and positioning based on a deep understanding of their customers, market trends, and product

·         Develop an expert understanding of products, use cases, and the markets in which the company competes — to create compelling and impactful marketing materials for the sales team

·         Partner with local business unit demand generation teams to co-lead the creation of impactful campaigns that reach core audiences

·         Partner with PR and events teams on corporate event strategy and messaging

  • Lead the go-to-market plan, ensuring that all customer-facing teams are on-message and maximizing each channel

To do this role we expect interested candidates to have some of the following experience:

·         An in the payments ecosystem

·         Experience of targeting retailers or ecommerce business through B2B channels

·         Understanding of marketplace and the trials and tribulations retailers face with cross border ecommerce sales

This role will be fully remote, with some international travel to the company’s HQ offices.
