About The Opportunity

The ISV team support the company's digital payment solutions through our client's affiliate and Independent SaaS software Partner program. Within this role you will account manage a number of affiliate and ISV partners to help grow their sales pipelines and nurture business opportunities through to fruition. The role will consist of 70% account management and 30% new business development, providing an opportunity for those wishing to move into new business sales through developing relationships with perspective ISV partners.

Specifically, you will:

  • Identify Affiliate’s / ISV’s sales pipelines and how the company can add value.

  • Build opportunities from an embryonic stage through to a full payment solution.

  • Investigate possible technical solutions both in-house and with technology partners.

  • Analyse end customer sales activities, identifying reasons for trends, develop partner/vendor relationships and data reporting to increase sales volumes / upsell opportunities.

  • Account manage partner relationships and assist with customer service and onboarding.

Responsibilities

  • Account Manage existing affiliates (approx. 6) and ISO/ISV (approx. 3) relationships.

  • Approach a list of 20 new ISV’s to create opportunities to either sell solution or book appointments for the Country Manager to run the sales meeting.

  • Identify Affiliates/ISO’s pipeline and forthcoming projects and how we can add value help.

  • Support existing partners’ and the day-to-day support they need:

o Regular contact
o Support the partner’s customers to onboard via the company's Sales Portal
o Provide regular reporting to partners
o Answer and resolve questions for the partners’ customers, for example around: KYC/AML, customer service issues and customer on-boarding e.g. can we on board this type of customer?

  • Build opportunities from scratch to offer a full solution.

  • Investigate possible technical solutions and offer sales support to affiliates/ISV’s

  • Look at sales trends of end customers to identify reasons for drop off or increase in sales volumes, use data to assist partner to identity solutions to generate more business / upsell opportunities.

About The Desired Candidate

You will report directly to the UK Head of Sales and work closely with a number of internal teams including, Technology, Marketing, Risk, AML, Customer On-boarding so you will need to be able to work in a matrix management structure and manage multiple concurrently running projects.

  • Proactive high driven (will invest their own time to develop their own product, company and market knowledge.)

  • Able to work in a matrix management structure influence to obtain the results needed in the role.

  • Software, Technology of hardware solutions sales background.

  • 3-5 years account management experience.

  • Experienced with approx. 2/3 account management + 1/3 new business sales.

  • Work through a matrix environment.

  • Be able to support multi-channel approach (LinkedIn, email, f2f, telephone, Teams Calls).

  • Hold accomplished account management skills able to demonstrate consistent sales growth.

  • Have sold a technology, hardware or software solution.

  • Be able to support a multi-channel approach (LinkedIn, email, face to face, telephone, video).
