Junior Credit Controller

Our client are an omni channel payments provider, from instore to ecommerce solutions this company are able to help companies of all sizes facilitate payments. Currently working with over 30,000 UK merchants they are in a phase of growth and as such as looking to build out their credit control function

About the Opportunity

The Credit Controller provides works within our clients Group’s finance team and has responsibility for supporting the accounting function of the Group, particularly with accounts receivable.

This is an office based role, working Monday Friday 09:00am - 5:30pm

Responsibilities

• Ensuring company payment terms are followed

• Raising credit notes

• Issuing statements to customers

• Running monthly bills

• Involvement of document processing

• Ensuring customer queries are dealt with and resolved

• Establish strong working relationships with key customers

• Organising payments

• Working towards team targets

• Escalate any issues that may impact cash flow

• Chasing outstanding payments

About the Desired Candidate

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail

• Ability to work under pressure

• Strong administrative skills

• Organizational skills

• Customer service experience

• Credit control experience is preferable

• This opportunity is an entry level position and would suit someone who is looking to start their professional career in the payments industry
