About the Opportunity

This role is all about developing a customer-centric strategy and translating this into delivery. The successful candidate must have a proven track record of building successful relationships with a wide range of stakeholders to understand the needs of our clients customers, co-designing plans, agreeing content and ownership of initiatives and project management of relevant activity.


  • Develop the Personalisation Strategy, define the target experience across communications, experiences & propositions

  • Identify high level opportunities to improve the customer experience and drive value across the business

  • Ensure the Personalisation Strategy aligns and compliments the Retail Reimagined, Customer and Segmentation strategies

  • Manage the strategic roadmap to ensure all parties are working together and are on track to deliver our end state vision

  • Work closely with key stakeholders to deliver against this plan, working collaboratively to develop ideas and inform the strategy

  • Produce high quality, accurate and engaging presentations / reports for exec level stakeholders to communicate developments and any required decisions

  • Help to embed personalisation across the business and ensure it’s a key consideration during the design phase for communications, propositions, and experience

  • Build and maintain an understanding of the macro environment and ensure the development of the Personalisation Strategy is aligned to market and competitor trends

  • Manage the forward agenda for the Strategy & Insights Forum
