About The Opportunity

They are seeking talented and motivated Sales Development Representatives to drive their growth in the UK. The ideal candidate should have an entrepreneurial spirit and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

The Sales Development Representative will be a key contributor to UK growth by completing outbound calls, working with channel partners, generating interest, performing demos, and qualifying prospects. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to fast-track to more senior positions.

Responsibilities

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails

  • Act as first-tier liaison with potential clients by being responsible for outreach and lead qualification

  • Effectively utilize CRM tools to manage and groom sales pipeline

  • Identify potential client/market needs across different industry verticals; work in partnership with internal teams and channel partners to address business opportunities

  • Partner with Director of Sales to develop and implement end-to-end strategies for target selection, outreach, and evaluation

  • Coordinate with internal resources (product, compliance, customer support, and etc) during the selling process

About The Desired Candidate

  • Bachelors Degree required; Business-related field a plus

  • 2-3 years B2B sales/business development experience in cross-border e-commerce platforms, payment companies, banks, trade companies, and/or fin-tech industry preferred

  • Pipedrive, Salesforce (or similar CRM tools), Drip (or similar email campaign management tools) experience strongly preferred

  • Previous experience in sales generation, conversion analysis, and creating sales funnels a plus
