About the Opportunity
Our client are looking for a bright, energetic, result-oriented Sales Manager to lead their Sales team for their Sales Office. The candidate will have the overall responsibility to manage, mentor and develop a strong Sales Team and ensure the team meets and exceeds sales targets.

Responsibilities
Develop sales strategies to grow their client base, increase traffic in the Sales Office and continuously grow the portfolio
Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction by maintaining our client’s Standards of Customer Service Excellence
Implement customer retention strategies and practices
Meet sales targets by training, motivating, mentoring, follow-through KPIs and provide feedback to the sales team
Organize sales campaigns to grow the sales funnel and hit sales targets
Complete the sales office’s administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Maintain outstanding visual merchandising standards
Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs
Manage stock and conducting inventories and audits as required
Manage and motivate the team to reach and exceed the targets
Analyse sales figures and forecast future sales
About the Desired Candidate
Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing or similar
Proven successful experience in managing a sales team in a retail outlet
Powerful leadership skills and business orientation
Customer management skills
Strong organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English will be considered as an advantage
