About the opportunity
We are looking for a proactive, energetic and communicative professional with proven track record of developing successful channel sales programmes, specialized in selling via resellers and distributors. As the Channel Programme Manager of their Reseller Programme you will work closely with the teams across Europe and the UK, to grow the network of 3rd party resellers and continuously refine the methodology, to achieve peak performance. You will take the lead with building new and improving existing processes, identifying opportunities to expand the geographical and industry vertical coverage.
Achieve sales and revenue quota for the Reseller programme.
Collaborate across local teams to gather programme requirements, identify opportunities for quick wins and general improvements.
Support the development and management of the Reseller Programme such as incentive plans, efficiency KPIs, training collateral, competitions and other.
Develop and localize programme guides and methodologies which detail requirements, benefits, terms and conditions, etc.
Design & launch enablement initiatives such as training programmes, incentives, rules of engagement, onboarding, management and development of sales consultants etc.
Collect and manage feedback from Country Managers, Partnership Managers and Resellers into the ongoing roadmap for the Reseller Programme.
Work cross functionally with Sales Ops, Marketing, Finance and Product.
Document policies and processes to support all aspects of the program and enable cross-border execution.
Establish and track metrics of the program, run a quarterly compliance process with Sales Ops and local companies.
Manage and measure the results of the Reseller Programme. Iterate to improve.
Manage potential channel conflict by fostering excellent communication internally and externally.
Submit weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports.
Proven track record in channel sales management.
Seasoned CRM expert.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Fluent in English.
Analytical and proficient in MS Office tools – Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Result-driven and goal-oriented personality.
Confidence, sense of responsibility and a can-do attitude.
