About the Opportunity

We're now recruiting for a passionate and motivated Senior Manager to drive and own new business acquisition in the ecommerce sector, by promoting the growing range of technology led solutions provided directly to business customers. This is a strategically important area for the Group where growth is expected to be in double digits; you could help drive this exciting journey!

By leading a small team of Associate Directors, you'll oversee the maintenance and growth of a portfolio of key customer relationships. Coaching and guiding your team to maintain a dynamic and active pipeline of new business opportunities is a critical requirement and you'll use your excellent judgement to put the customer at the centre of all activities.

 

Responsibilities

•         Managing a portfolio of complex customer relationships to ensure the delivery of a quality service and growth of profitable business and/or leading a small team of account managers.

•         Meets the needs of significant customers related to complex, often customised products and services

•         Uses exceptional partnering skills to proactively manage the development and delivery of the organisations' strategic plan.

•         Develop your team to deliver the current risk agenda, ensuring we always deliver fair outcomes for our clients.

•         Ensure the team put the client of the heart of everything they do and deliver a consistently outstanding customer experience.

 

About you

•         An exemplary track record of leading a team to deliver significant growth and financial benchmarks.

•         Organisational awareness to allow navigation across the Group, leveraging capabilities and influencing stakeholders.

•         A strong client/ business development background

•         Existing merchant acquiring experience, with specialist knowledge of card acquiring, payments and data solutions in ecommerce.

•         An outstanding client development and profit performance record with proven success in negotiating

•         Given the nature of the role, travel around the region will be required.

•         An up to date knowledge of Industry related technical development

•         Knowledge of relevant third-party suppliers (e.g. technology) and partners
