About The Opportunity

As a GTM Manager, you will own and drive the go-to-market (GTM) execution across the business for a set of verticals. 

You will craft compelling value propositions, identify and prioritise partnerships that unlock the proposition, work across Marketing, Commercial and Product to set clear needs from the functions and own the businesses execution in a coordinated, timely and high-impact way through aligning teams, tracking dependences and ensuring that every proposition delivers measurable results. 

In this role you are expected to build strong relationships across the business including working with senior stakeholders to gain their input, commitment and execution required which contributes to the success of the proposition.

Responsibilities

  • Build and own the frameworks and processes used across the company for all GTM programmes, ensuring regular review of them and iterations based on learning. 
  • Build compelling value propositions to meet the customer needs through entering new verticals and/or upsell and retention initiatives for existing customers. Throughout this, working across Marketing, Commercial, Product to drive readiness, channels to market, messaging, events and customer engagement plans to bring the proposition to life. 
  • Work across the business to ensure all functions are operationally ready to support vertical GTM and are acting as sales enablement. 
  • Regularly analyse portfolio to unearth hidden opportunities for growth, proposition alignment to additional verticals and upsell opportunities. 
  • Translate into actionable plans with clear milestones, deliverables, and OKR’s. Including owning the frequent step back moments for review, assessment and reflection of progress against the OKR’s. 
  • Own and manage the end-to-end execution of strategic GTM programmes, ensuring all workstreams deliver against objectives and timelines, driving alignment and accountability. 
  • Own programme planning sessions, define scope, set priorities, and manage interdependencies between teams, ensuring the business is moving as one to execute successfully. 
  • Develop and maintain programme documentation, roadmaps, and progress reporting for executive stakeholders. 
  • Own the identification and mitigation of risks, bottlenecks, and blockers that could impact delivery or market readiness. 
  • Establish and maintain strong communication channels across departments to ensure alignment, transparency and momentum for delivery.

About The Desired Candidate

  • Strong background in creating value propositions from concept to execution.
  • Experience leading GTM launch plans, market readiness programmes, or commercial enablement initiatives across a business. 
  • Proven experience in programme or project management roles within fast paced, cross-functional environments (e.g. fintech, SaaS, payments, or technology). 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex programmes that cut across multiple business units and stakeholders. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in both written and verbally formats with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. 
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills, with comfort managing competing priorities and tracking metrics to measure success. 
  • A proactive, structured problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity and can bring clarity and alignment across teams. 
  • Familiarity with project management tools and reporting frameworks.

Salary

Salary Upto £95,000 DOE
