Our client has grown through multiple acquisitions of payment companies and has already integrated these together. As a result, the company is excited to welcome a senior and experienced SVP Product to lead the team, strategy and roadmap across all payment platforms, software and value added solutions. Efficient product delivery is crucial for our company's success. By focusing on streamlined delivery processes, we ensure that our products reach customers promptly and meet their expectations.
We are seeking a delivery-focused, commercially aware Product leader to execute our product roadmap and ensure it drives measurable commercial outcomes. This is not a blue-sky strategy role — the strategy is set. What we need is an experienced leader who can turn strategy into reality through clear prioritisation, tight execution, and cross-functional alignment with the commercial teams. You will be accountable for executing the existing roadmap and ensuring the timely and quality delivery of features across our clients payment platforms and software products. The role is focused on managing teams, enforcing delivery discipline, and ensuring alignment between the product and and commercial priorities to deliver the 3-Year Plan.
Responsibilities
Leadership: lead a growing team of product managers, continuously improving performance and ensuring outcomes meet customer needs. Hire and retain great talent. The team is composed of c. 25 professionals, geographically distributed across continental Europe.
Payments Product Strategy: based on the company’s 3 year plan, you will deliver the agreed strategy from a customer centric approach aligned with the abilities of the company in close collaboration with the executive management group and Commercial teams to deliver cutting edge products, payment features and value added services on time and on budget.
Roadmap: leverage existing roadmap to define cutting edge user stories, features and product value propositions based on deep understanding of customers, competitors, trends etc. and work on prioritisation based on revised views of commercial opportunity, market trends, delivery timelines etc. working closely with internal stakeholders.
Collaboration: partner closely with key stakeholders across the product roadmap for our verticals, managing new additional needs to the roadmap across payments. Drive Commercial teams to test, monitor, refine and demo our clients product offerings and features in selected client environments.
