Adrian, holds 34 Years of Financial Services and Banking experience, covering new start businesses, through to the more established well known Financial Organizations. Over the last few years, he has spent his time in Specialist Recruitment, which has become very close to his heart, and this has developed into a working relationship with TPN.

Before joining the Executive Management Board of Axactor and Nagelmackers, he spent 10 years as a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank where he was responsible for their Global Collections, NPL debt sale and recoveries business. Before this, he worked for several large financial institutions including 5 years at Barclaycard and 8 years at Citibank. At Barclaycard he was a member of the U.K. Credit Cards Exco, whilst at Citibank he was responsible for several sales areas including Head of Car finance, Second Mortgages and Direct Sales. His skill set outside of his obvious Sales, Marketing and Collections attributes, have been used extensively at board level, initially as a sounding board, leading to execution in Pre and Post crisis situations.

More recently his path developed into specialist recruitment through his business TTP International Recruitment, where he utilizes his network and experience to find suitable candidates across several specialist areas. This perfectly positions him to support TPN in our overseas recruitment campaigns along with some specialist roles within the UK.

Adrian has been Married for nearly 40 years, with 2 grown up Children, Mark, Gemma and 2 grandchildren. His hobbies are flying, Golf, Fishing and Car Restoration. Adrian is British but has lived and worked from Spain for the last 17 years, which positions him perfectly to service our overseas business.
