About the opportunity

You will need to possess a robust acumen for sales strategy and business development within an omni channel space, demonstrating a proven track record of cultivating and closing high-value deals with Enterprise clients across the UK and Ireland. You will be targeting merchants between £50m and up to £1Billion spend with a solution led sales approach.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and business expansion efforts, targeting enterprise merchants, with a strategic focus on designated verticals.

  • Actively seek out and cultivate new business leads, overseeing the entire sales lifecycle, from initial engagement to the successful conclusion of deals, which includes contract negotiations and finalizing commercial agreements

  • Oversee the integration process, working in concert with various internal teams to ensure a smooth transition to operational status for new clients.

  • Represent the company at global industry events, prepared to showcase their offerings and engage with potential clients.

  • This will require regular travel to both client sites and various company offices, as needed, to foster relationships and drive business growth.

About You

  • A minimum of five years' experience in sales or business development at enterprise level, with a proven track record in an omni channel role within an acquirer.

  • The candidate should bring an established network within various sectors including Retail Hospitality, and travel

  • Experience working in a global or multinational business environment.

  • Strong commercial acumen, with refined analytical abilities, and a history of setting and surpassing ambitious sales goals.

  • An autonomous self-starter with a keen business sense, exemplary negotiation acumen, and strong presentation skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to connect with stakeholders at all organizational levels, coupled with robust communication abilities, both verbally and in writing.

  • Proficient in Business English, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally in written and spoken form.
