About the Opportunity
Our client is currently experiencing a high growth journey with multiple strategic projects currently taking place. They are in need of a highly organised, strategic thinker who has previous project management experience to work as Executive Assistant to the their CEO whilst also supporting the wider leadership team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of the company moving forward. As the successful candidate won't just be managing tasks but instead will become a key contributor to the overarching mission of the company.
Responsibilities
Diary management for both external and internal engagements, communications, presentations, interactions with the leadership team as well as customers, suppliers, and partners.
Managing all meetings/projects, with a focus on key issues and a strategic overview.
Prioritising schedules accordingly and effectively flag any concerns or potential problems.
International travel and accommodation arrangements.
Inbox management,
Arrange and project management leadership events and meetings
Ensuring seamless coordination of key activities across the business.
Facilitate collaboration across teams and heads of departments.
Ensure internal operations align with the company objectives and mission.
Taking ownership of high-priority projects and ensure successful delivery of each.
Gatekeep the CEOs attention and time.
Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations as required by the CEO.
Undertake industry research projects as and when required by the CEO
Meeting Support: Assist in meeting preparation, take minutes, track action points, and monitor deadlines and deliverables across key projects.
Collaborating with the wider leadership team on key projects across the business
About you
Prior experience supporting at C-Suite level within the payment industry
A strategic thinker who is just as comfortable managing multiple projects
Ability to manage multiple high priority projects within an agile environment
A confident, self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and a commitment to continuous improvement.
A problem solver who can stay calm under pressure and demonstrate forward thinking with the ability to adapt to all personalities and form positive relationships with colleagues.
Attention to detail and understanding of the importance of concise, accurate and timely communications.
Previous experience working for one of the big 4 consultancies is advantageous
