About The Opportunity
Want to shape the future of payment services? Our client is a global merchant payment services platform that offers solutions in more than 30 countries They integrate the most popular international and local payment methods for both e-commerce and in-store, providing personalized service to merchants. They are looking to recruit an ambitious and driven Partnerships Manager to expand their business growth within the UK ISV and ISO Sector. You will be the face of the company and will have the dedication and skills to manage your own sales targets. The goal is to play a key role in driving rapid and sustainable financial growth through boosting the sales and performance through the Partnership program.
Responsibilities
Self-generate and drive sales throughout the UK
Recruit, lead and develop a team of partnership managers who drive growth from new and existing relationships
Create and implement the UK Partnership strategy
Research and identify new markets and customer needs
Promote company products & services, predicting and addressing client objections and requirements;
You will be responsible for full-cycle growth of partnerships through growth strategy, contracts negotiation, internal project management
Constantly review and understand the partnerships sales pipelines and business opportunities, redirecting focus where necessary, and reporting to senior management on progress and performance against individual targets;
Ensure that long-term relationships are established and maintained with new and existing customers
Develop sustainable growth within existing partners
Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
Managing all areas of opportunity pipeline through the end to end sales process
About You
A minimum of five years' experience in partnership development with a proven track record in an omni channel role within an acquirer.
Result-driven and goal-oriented personality. Confidence, sense of responsibility and a can-do attitude
Experience working in a global or multinational business environment.
Strong commercial acumen, with refined analytical abilities, and a history of setting and surpassing ambitious sales goals.
An autonomous self-starter with a keen business sense, exemplary negotiation acumen, and strong presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to connect with stakeholders at all organizational levels, coupled with robust communication abilities, both verbally and in writing.
Proficient in Business English, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally in written and spoken form.
