 About the Opportunity

 Due to an internal promotion, our client are now looking for an experienced and commercially minded Product Manager to take ownership of their Fraud & Authentication Products and take them to the next level.

Responsibilities

  • Define, based on customer / market / competitive insight you will have gathered, the vision & strategy for your product (including customer implementation and customer care considerations) and execute on that strategy to turn it into customer success

  • Provide product vision and strategy to develop and maintain your product roadmap

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders inc. Segment Strategists (airlines, hospitality, travel agents, etc) to gather segment-specific, Product Development to define roadmaps and backlogs (we're using the SAFe methodology), Payment Platform, Partnerships, Sales, Marketing

  • Define, communicate and maintain the intrinsic value proposition of your product

  • Define and maintain the pricing of your product

  • Define cases for investment, be specifically responsible for the business case for your SAFe EPICS / Features inc. where applicable for the partner's commitment, make build/buy/partner decisions, make funding requests and actively manage your product's budget and associated revenue

  • Ensure, in collaboration with the Compliance Manager, that your product is and remains compliant with payment schemes' rules and payment regulations where applicable

About the candidate

  • You'll have experience as product manager for fraud management and 3D Secure authentication acquired in a relevant B2B2C payment domain (PSP, Acquirer, Scheme, Large Merchant)

  • You'll have evidence of successfully evolving products and of successfully launching new products including where strategic partners / providers play a key role

  • Have experience in a fast paced, product centric environment, preferably FinTech

  • Have knowledge of relevant payment authentication regulations e.g. PSD2 SCA

  • Have worked in agile environment ideally with SAFe
