The right candidate will be responsible for writing, scheduling and monitoring the day-to-day activities across the social accounts. You will work closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Executive and in-house design team to build content calendars for organic growth and help report each month on progress and optimisations.

What makes your writing stand out from the digital crowd is your ability to flip complex ideas into simple, compelling communications our client's audiences want to learn more of. LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter hold little to no secrets for you, and if you’re familiar with YouTube that’s a bonus.

In your current role you will be: managing social media channels, looking after community management, scheduling social media content or working on wider content marketing projects in a B2B marketing team project managing social media.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and monitor the company’s presence on social media (LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook), ensuring content deadlines are met and work is of the highest quality.

  • Writing and scheduling of organic social content with regular check-ins for quality control.

  • Work closely with the in-house design team to create commercially strong media materials, including infographics, gifs and videos.

  • Develop and execute AB testing across channels of specific tactics and activities to grow awareness.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends and brand awareness opportunities across the Group brands.

  • Work cross-department and on social and marketing campaign initiatives.

  • Support the wider development of efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.

About The Desired Candidate

  • Minimum 1.5 years’ experience in B2B social copywriting. Experience in B2C copywriting as well is a bonus.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Degree in BA/BS (or higher); communications, marketing, public relations, business, literature or journalism.

  • Experience and confidence in implementing and optimising social media campaigns in a corporate environment using LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook and Twitter.

  • Driven by data insights from reporting to improve performance (platform insights across Ad and Campaign Managers, HubSpot and/or Google Analytics).

  • Great teamwork skills with ability to work in cross-functional teams.

  • Basic understanding of, or experience in, the fintech industry is desirable but not necessary.

  • Experience using HubSpot highly desirable, and experience with similar tools such as Marketo, EngageBay, Active Campaign, Hootsuite or other is also desirable.

  • Experience in WeChat marketing or Google Adwords, retargeting campaigns is also a bonus.
